Horizon Grill is proud to present an exclusive wine pairing dinner with Shaw+Smith, one of Australia's most respected names in fine wine. Founded in 1989 by cousins Michael Hill Smith and Martin Shaw, the winery built its reputation in the Adelaide Hills on something refreshingly straightforward: making exceptional wine, vintage after vintage, without compromise.

For this dinner, each course has been thoughtfully composed to complement a different expression from the Shaw+Smith portfolio, drawing out the character of each wine through the flavours and textures on the plate. Every decision, from the first bite to the last sip, has been made with intention.

An evening for those who appreciate that great food and great wine, when brought together well, say something neither could say alone.
