• Expired vouchers will not be extended, replaced, or refunded.
• Advance reservations are required and are subject to availability.
• To redeem, guests must present the e-voucher (printed or digital) upon arrival.
• Reservations must be made via +60 16-313 2968 and must specify the use of this voucher at the time of booking.
• Walk-ins without prior booking will not be accommodated for voucher redemption.
• The voucher is valid for a one-time redemption only and cannot be used across multiple visits.
• Not valid for takeaway, delivery, or in-room dining.
• Not applicable for use on public holidays, festive periods, or special event days unless otherwise stated.
• This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
• No refunds will be issued for unredeemed, lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
• Any unused portion of the voucher is not refundable and cannot be used for future transactions.
• Changes to an existing booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the voucher being fully forfeited without compensation.
• This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programmes unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charges, where applicable.
• Torito and its management reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or modify the offer without prior notice.
