- Orders must be placed at least 3 days before the required collection or delivery date.
- Self-collection is available at Bake by Banyan Tree, Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur, during Bake’s operating hours.
- Delivery is available to Kuala Lumpur and Selangor only. Delivery to other areas, including Putrajaya, is not available.
- A flat delivery fee of RM50 applies to cake delivery orders and is payable at checkout in addition to the cake price.
- Same Day Delivery will be arranged by our team on your scheduled delivery date. Orders must still be placed at least 3 days in advance; this service does not mean delivery on the day you place your order.
